Mercure Firenze Centro Hotel

The location was perfect, just a few steps from the train station and bus stops. Attractions, restaurants, and shopping were all within walking distance. The room was spacious and updated, with a king-size bed that was hard to find elsewhere. The staff spoke fluent English and French, making communication easy. The hotel had a heated mirror in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. WiFi speed was good, and there was no noise from the street in the rooms.

J'ai séjourné dans un bel appartement près du centre-ville, à deux pas du château. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable, avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, avec du pain frais et du café expresso. Le personnel était accueillant et serviable. J'ai apprécié la proximité de nombreux sites touristiques et la navette gratuite à disposition.

Le manque de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre était un petit inconvénient.
